Purple Hyacinth 37: Nettlesome Nurse (with Bundin, Firedancer, and Fwoot)

Another one of my favorite episodes!

Kieran brings Lauren to his apartment, which is surprisingly homey and tastefully decorated.

While discussing details they'd learned at the tavern, Kieran stitches Lauren up, skillfully and gently.

Lauren wants to go home, but Kieran, bandaging her ankle, insists she is in no condition to do so, and must stay in his apartment. (It's a trope and we are here for it!)

Later that night, sleeping in Kieran's bed (sadly, without Kieran in it), and in Kieran's nightshirt, Lauren stares out at the star-studded sky and wonders how she got there. Kieran, cleaning the blood off his carpet, wonders the same thing.

This episode is filled with unexpected tenderness and intimacy, and we LOVE it.
