Purple Hyacinth 2: Somber Silhouette (with Bundin and Fwoot)
We open with an introduction to the terrorism plaguing Ardhalis, all from a group called the Phantom Scythe. Lauren joins her colleagues Will and Kym at the crime scene, where a Mrs. Grayson was murdered.
Before they can do too much, they hear a gunshot across the street. Lauren catches sight of the fleeing murderer and pursues him. They engage in a speedy rooftop chase, complete with dramatic Titanic like falls, and end with hand to hand combat.
The mysterious assassin has the chance to kill Lauren, but... he hesitates.
WHY??? We still don't know and we're tearing our hair out.
