Midnight Poppy Land 72: You Can Just Be Yourself (with Smut Sisters, Copy Pastel and Begonia Rex)

Poppy asks Tora how he found her, and when Tora isn't forthcoming, flashes back to (stupid abusive) Julri browbeating her for wanting to know his schedule. Tora picks up on her discomfort and fills in more details.

Poppy continues and asks him about him changing his accent. Recognizing that this is a sore spot for him, Poppy affirms him and tells him that he can be himself around her.

Tora, as a complete foil to Julri, doesn't want to leave her after what just happened, and Poppy offers him her guest bedroom. SLEEPOVER TIME YES YES YES!! 

While Tora goes to investigate his car (inspired by the roses? La Rosa gang? My tinfoil), Poppy goes to pay Darleen for the lantern, only to discover that it's already been paid for by Tora. Good to know.

Poppy scoots over to Tora, only to discover him laughing about Julri messing with his car.
