Yelena comes to fetch Ivan, and leads him to a lab where he is appalled at seeing Omega unconscious, kneeling on the floor, his life force being sucked out of him.   

Yelena wants Ivan to extract components from Omega and add them to her. She tempts him with revenge for his brother (!) and Ivan says he'll think about it.
